A delicious recipe for Bellevue, with white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice and limes. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients Needed:

1 1/2 oz white rum
2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz coconut cream
1/4 oz lime juice
juice of 1/4 limes

Serving Tips:

Shake over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve.
Tip: Best served in a Highball Glass.
