A delicious recipe for Discovery Bay, with brandy, Cointreau® orange liqueur, lemon sherbet and ginger ale. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients Needed:

1 1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz lemon sherbet
2 oz ginger ale

Serving Tips:

Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale, and serve.
Tip: Best served in a Highball Glass.
