Ingredients Needed:

1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz light rum
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white

Serving Tips:

Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
